Payment

Full payment is typically required before the start of any project to ensure timely processing and service delivery. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with their payment.

Revisions

We offer revisions once the project is delivered to ensure that the content is error-free and up to the mark. This allows us to leave no stone unturned in providing a perfect representation of the clients' vision for their content.

Project Conditions

Before starting a project, American Digital Publishers conducts detailed consultations with each client to confirm requirements and objectives. Any changes in project scope or services will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before implementation.

Refund Policy

Refund requests may be processed after deducting applicable transaction fees ($150 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is lower), provided the request is made before project submission.

Refunds are not available after 90 calendar days from purchase or once a final project has been delivered and approved.

• 75% refundable before design or production begins.
• 50% refundable once design or editing work has commenced but before final approval.
• No refunds are available after final approval and delivery.

If you are dissatisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss possible resolutions. Refunds or adjustments will be evaluated fairly based on revision eligibility and service completion status.

Terms of Use

All content, materials, and services provided by American Digital Publishers are subject to these Terms of Use. We do not make any additional warranties or guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated.

American Digital Publishers is not liable for any damages or losses arising from errors, interruptions, or unauthorized access related to website use or service operation.
